A note on tariffs from Standard Process President & CEO Charlie DuBois

Dear Valued Customers,

On April 2, President Trump unveiled a new tariff policy, imposing a 10% baseline tax on imports to the U.S.  Our partner, MediHerb which is part of Integria Healthcare and is located in Australia, is one of the countries impacted by this tariff which went into effect on Saturday, April 5.

Standard Process and MediHerb focus on delivering high quality products at an affordable price. Unfortunately, we regularly experience unexpected increases in manufacturing costs and raw material costs that are out of our control. These tariffs are a good example of unexpected challenges that neither company could have anticipated nor planned for. 

Standard Process and MediHerb are actively working together to understand the full impact of this announcement. At this time, we have decided not to pass on the financial impact of these initial tariffs to our practitioners and patients.
